We provide a place to stay for people who need it for the selected night,
two warm and nourishing meals and a lunch for the next day. Volunteers
help in the setup of beds, in the preparation and serving of food, and two
volunteers stay overnight to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for

We are happy to be able to do our Lord's bidding in this way and can
always use additional help. If you would like to help us to be a host for
people in need, contact the church office at 262-2862 to find out how. Our
fixed commitment is on the third Thursday and Friday of each month.
Can you help? Of course you can, it's Easy...
- sponsor or help prepare a meal: Thursday supper, Friday breakfast,
Friday brown-bag lunch
- help set-up beds on Thursday: linens and beds are already in the church!
- help clean-up and put away beds on Friday morning
- stay overnight: one man and one woman are required to spend the night to
answer questions, shut-off the lights, wake-up/turn-on the lights, be a
